Peter Dowle and L’Occitane created an Immortelle garden this year at the RHS Chelsea flower show which was awarded a Gold medal. Here at the Oriental we are proud to announce that L’Occitane has been successfully part of our toiletries for years and we are thrilled to share their great win!
The abundance of details and the peculiarity in which our rooms are decorated give the Oriental no other choice than choosing L’Occitane as the best way to meet the high standard that we and our guests are accustomed to.

In 1981 the painter Ned Hoskins opened his house in Brighton, to the public in order to show and sell his artwork. This became quite popular in the city so much that just a year later more artists decided to do the same with their own paintings. 30 years after the event has grown massively, the first and biggest of its kind in UK, generating over £1mil in sales every year. Ned’s work, which is constantly developing, is inspired by landscape and he will be showing paintings and drawings from throughout his career. 109 Stanford Avenue, Brighton BN1 6FA.
