This became quite popular in the city so much that just a year later more artists decided to do the same with their own paintings. 30 years after the event has grown massively, the first and biggest of its kind in UK, generating over £1mil in sales every year. Ned’s work, which is constantly developing, is inspired by landscape and he will be showing paintings and drawings from throughout his career. 109 Stanford Avenue, Brighton BN1 6FA. Courtesy of our friends at Visit Brighton we have the definitive list of what’s on in the Brighton Area during April so you don’t miss out. From the wonderful exhibitions at the Museum (we loved the realist paintings of Julian Bell in the Dreams of Here exhibition) http://www.guardian.co.uk/artanddesign/2012/mar/02/julian-bell-joseph-wright-art-weekly, to the Theatre Royal plays (see Alan Bennetts classic Lady in the Van); the Brighton Centre brings you Diversity to Steps, Il Divo to Bombay Bicycle Club; the Jaguar car club are driving down the Madeira Drive and the Komedia will have you Bent Double.
And if thats not enough stuff for you there’s still the Food Festival throughout April and we’ve still got some, but not a lot of availability to contact us quick if you what to take some time to enjoy yourselves over the Easter holidays.
