Come down to see thousands of Minis gathering together for the London to Brighton run! It’s an annual event that will start at The Terraces, Crystal Palace Park, Anerley Hill in London, all the way down to Madeira Drive in Brighton. The visitors will enjoy watching troops of Minis slowly taking over the entire east seafront! The run starts at 8am and the last cars leave at around 10.15 am. The event will officially close at 5pm after the prize giving. More info here!

First of all let’s specify what early music is, shall we? Early music is a term used since the 1960s to identify music of Middle Ages, Renaissance, Baroque and Classical period devoting particular attention to its performance. Having said that you can easily imagine how large the spectrum is. The festival is a grandiose celebration to music of our past, its peculiarity, its sometimes simplicity and its inextricable complexity and above all to its performing practice and use of period instruments and techniques. A fantastic wine tasting will be held at the Mercure Hotel in aid of Blind Veterans. The event has been organised by Brighton Barefoot and Brighton charity Blind Veterans UK. Right on the seafront the commemoration is expected to be a success. Click here for more info.

Referred by the contemporaries as the Daughter of England, Charlotte Augusta of Wales tragically died soon after the birth of her child at the age of 21. Queen Victoria wouldn’t have probably succeeded to the throne had Charlotte outlived her father and grandfather. This free exhibition is all about the collection of paintings, ceramics and drawings relating to the Princess, alongside her personal dresses and loans from museums and private collections.
