About The Oriental Brighton
Originally the brainchild of one of Brighton’s more successful bar owners and entrepreneurs, this venue and attraction has been linked closely with Brighton’s underground music scene over the years and has now been revamped discretely on a service and cosmetic level and is to reopen after an exciting refurbishment in May 2008.
Once the home to the notorious ‘Brighton Belle’ nightclub we have attracted famous DJ’s from Boy George to Norman Cook. Discreet enough for Howard Marks and Sadé, politicians and artists alike; the Oriental has something original, owned and frequented by locals - giving you a true reflection of what Brighton has to offer.
