We operate a minimum stay policy of 2 nights at weekends and special city events. This is 3 nights during bank holidays and Pride weekend.
Check out is 11.30 on weekends and bank holidays, then 10.30 midweek. Check in is from 2pm.
For the comfort of all our guests we do not accept Stag or Hen party bookings.
Full payment will be taken at the time of your booking which will secure your accommodation. Cancellations made outside of 48 hours of your check in time will be refunded in full.
You are recommended to take out appropriate travel insurance.
We are a non smoking property throughout.
Dogs, babies and children are allowed at the discretion of the management.
Bookings are at the discretion of the management and we reserve the right to refuse a booking.
