The Oriental breakfast is sourced locally either from organic suppliers or fair trade products where possible. It features a full Sussex cooked breakfast and vegetarian options include muesli, fresh fruit and yoghurt. We also cater for vegan, gluten free and dairy free diets. Please advise reception if you have any special requirements.
Breakfast is served between 8 and 9.30am Monday to Friday and between 9 and 10.30am Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. All food is cooked fresh to order so please allow enough time during busy periods such as at weekends. For really early risers, we offer a packed breakfast of fruit, muesli bar, muffin and orange juice which can be preordered at reception.
