The Coal Shed - £££ - Brighton's best new restaurant specializing in grilled meat and fish.  Specialists in locally sourced and sustainable meat and fish dishes, they have quickly made a name for themselves as serving the best steaks in the city.  They've invested in a Josper oven, a real charcoal grill imported from Spain which generates heats of up to 500 degrees.  Free glass of champagne for Oriental customers - ask at Reception.

 

Riddle and Finns -£££ - The menu is full of classic seafood dishes and suits any occasion, be it a special celebration, a romantic meal with time to linger, a pre-theatre bite to eat, or a quick business lunch.  This is a unique venue, serving arguably the finest seafood in Brighton; Champagne and Oysters at its finest, with a friendly intimate welcome.  Spring 2013 has seen the opening of their new beachside location, combining excellent food with stunning views of the sea.  Free glass of champagne for Oriental customers - ask at Reception.
